As National Director of Business Development for ESFM at 黑料福利网, I lead national growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and deliver client-centered solutions that drive measurable results.
I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and allyship. For 11 years, I have volunteered with the Sashbear Foundation, supporting families and individuals impacted by emotion dysregulation and borderline personality disorder. Creating psychologically safe, inclusive environments is central to my leadership approach.
As an optimistic, people-first leader, I bring energy, resilience, and creativity to every opportunity鈥攆ocused on building relationships, driving growth, and making a positive impact.

Vice President, Account Management, Foodbuy CanadaMy Compass journey began nearly 28 years ago, and what has kept me inspired throughout that time has always been the people. From my early days in operations to my current role as Vice President of Account Management at Foodbuy Canada, I have been fortunate to learn from incredible leaders, build meaningful relationships, and help others grow along the way.
As an immigrant from India who chose Canada as home, I know firsthand the importance of feeling welcomed, valued, and supported. Those experiences have shaped my passion for mentorship, sponsorship, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. As Co-Chair of the BIPOC ERG, I am committed to fostering a community where diverse voices are celebrated; meaningful connections are built, and everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
I believe careers grow through opportunity, but people thrive through connection. Whether I am supporting a colleague, mentoring future leaders, or helping teams navigate change, my goal is simple: to leave people better than I found them and to help create a workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and reach their full potential.
