Behind the Scenes of Playoff Hospitality at the Bell Centre
This post was published on May 25, 2026As playoff energy takes over Montreal and thousands of fans flood the Bell Centre in preparation of the Eastern Conference finals, another team is working behind the scenes to help create an unforgettable experience long before puck drop.
For the past 25 years, Levy Canada 鈥 a division of 黑料福利网 鈥 has proudly delivered hospitality and foodservice at one of the most iconic venues in professional sports: the home of the Montreal Canadiens.
From premium suites and fine dining restaurants, to clubs, and backstage catering, the operation behind every game night is powered by a dedicated team of over 335 associates working together to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience at every touchpoint.

鈥淪ports have an unmatched ability to bring people together, and great hospitality helps turn those moments into unforgettable experiences,鈥 said Jeff Bell, President, Levy Canada. 鈥淲e鈥檙e incredibly proud of our long-standing partnership with the Bell Centre and our shared commitment to operational excellence that enhances every part of the fan journey. After visiting the team last week and experiencing the passion, energy, and hospitality firsthand, I couldn鈥檛 be prouder of what they continue to deliver every game day.鈥
More Than Arena Food
While fans may come for the hockey, the Bell Centre experience extends far beyond what happens on the ice.
Levy Canada operates across nearly every hospitality space within the venue, including 125 loge suites, premium clubs, restaurants, and catering operations supporting corporate guests, media, backstage talent, and special events.
What sets the Bell Centre apart as a venue is its unique culinary offering. It is the only NHL arena to feature five fine dining restaurants 鈥 Mythik, Buvette Mythik, 9-4-10, Canti and La Mise au Jeu. Alongside premium spaces like the La Vo没te CIBC and Air Canada Club, guests can enjoy elevated hospitality experiences that rival many standalone restaurants across the city.

Throughout this playoff run, the team has introduced a range of premium culinary features, including special sharing-sized beef cuts in the steakhouse, a signature tartare bar in La Vo没te, oysters from Canada鈥檚 West Coast, snow crab from Quebec鈥檚 East Coast, PEI Blue Dot aged rib eye steaks at Mythik, signature caviar offerings, and elevated desserts 鈥 including chocolate fountains 鈥 among many other specialty features.
Leading the culinary vision is Bell Centre Executive Chef, Lee Sallafranque, whose team helps bring creativity, consistency, and quality to every premium meal served within the arena.
The Team Behind the Experience
At the heart of the operation is a passionate team focused on creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through the doors.
Under the leadership of Jonathan Labbe, Bell Centre Assistant Director of Operations, associates across culinary, service, operations, and guest experience departments, work together in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are ever the same.

While the playoffs have been the main attraction the last few weeks, the Bell Centre is also home to countless concerts, comedy shows and other sporting events. This year also marks a special milestone for many members of the Levy team, 14 associates are celebrating 25 years of service 鈥 the same number of years Levy has operated within the venue, and notably, the same age as the operation鈥檚 youngest manager!
Their dedication reflects the culture, passion, and long-standing commitment that continues to define the Bell Centre hospitality experience today.
Creating Experiences That Last Beyond the Final Whistle
Whether it鈥檚 serving thousands of fans during playoff hockey, hosting corporate partners in premium suites, or delivering exceptional service backstage and behind the scenes, the Levy operations team showcases their leadership and teamwork within every environment they serve with exceptional hospitality and food services.
As the Canadiens continue their playoff run, our team remains focused on what they do best: creating memorable experiences for every guest, every event, and every moment that brings people together.
